About me

Psychologist and coach by day, massive geek at all others times.

Dublin native, London-based (for now). Fanatical about travel. Frequent visitor to Japan. Paradise is a beach, some sunshine and a Kindle. I own too many bags. Seriously. It’s a problem.

Never knowingly without at least two Apple gadgets. Love sci-fi, apocalyptic fiction and counterfactual history. Escapism, in other words.

Me, elsewhere

I write longer posts about things that interest-slash-infuriate me over at MacPsych.blog. You can also find me on Threads, Mastodon and Instagram. Yeah, that’s just too many accounts.

What you can expect here

I post about what’s in front of me, as long as I remember to take a photo. I write about what I’m enjoying right now, what’s infuriating me and what I’m grateful for. Pics from my travels, lots of photos of sunsets, and even more pics of meals I’m eating or plan to eat.

The word I’m reaching for here is ‘basic’. This is an exceedingly basic blog. Unashamedly uncontroversial. Verging on bland.
